Control for cleaning by ultrasounds

The function of this equipment is the control of the temperature, the water level and the extraction of oils in ultrasound cleaning machines.

It has 99 programs numbered from 1 to 99 and a manual program or program 0. each program has a cleaning temperature and the time it must last saved into memory. program 0 and programs 1 to 99 are programs which the user can create and modify at will.

Once the desired program is selected the operator must press the start button and the program will start up.

The control will begin the cleaning time, starting up the ultrasound system and will bring the temperature of the water in the tank to the programmed temperature. when the programmed time is up, the cleaning will have ended and the control will stop the ultrasound system and start a temperature maintenance situation (start pilot light lit). the temperature regulation continues even after the program has ended. 

The t100 controller incorporates two sensors for the control of the water level of the cleaning tank, one for the minimum level and another for the maximum level, and an output by relay which allows for two different ways of working without any type of configuration:

A. Warning of low water level (with only one sensor at the minimum level).

B. Warning of a lack of water and automatic filling of the tank in the case of a lack of water. (with a minimum and maximum sensor) the t100 controller incorporates an acoustic warning to warn of any anomaly during operation. this  acoustic warning is silenced when the program button is pushed.
